PRE-PLACEMENT PROCEDURE
> We will visit all nurseries to gain a clear view on your individual needs and how we may best match these with the needs of the candidates.
> When a potential candidate approaches us we ask them to complete an application form and accompany this with a current CV. This allows us to gain a clear history of previous employment and experiences.
> All candidates are then asked to attend an interview so that we are able to establish where they may be best placed.
> Original documentation is also required including certificate of qualifications and a passport or birth certificate. This verifies the candidate’s qualified status and identity.
> Written references are followed up verbally. These are done prior to any appointment and as a safeguard against any false statements relating to work history.
> All candidates are required to complete an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check.
